Growth time

Gen tian roots need various years to grow.Les racines de gentiane mettent longtemps à se développer. That's why we wait 15 years before we return onto a field.

Picking method

We collect gentian roots by hand with a dedicated tool known as Fourches du diable, (the Devil's fork)

Where to find us :

We are located close to the Aubrac and the Margeride.

There many places where you can find gentian in those two areas and that’s where we collect our roots.
