Gentian Orange & Vanilla Recipe
Ingredients for 1 liter :
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 1 orange peel (organic)
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 200 heads of chamomille
- 20g bitter orange peel (organic)
- 5 g gentian root
- 1 vanilla pod, split in 2 (optional)
- 15 cl fruit alcohol at 40°C (optional)
Preparation
1. Peel the orange with a vegetable peeler to remove the white peel
2. Pour the wine into a bowl. Pour all the other ingredients
3. Leave to macerate 5 or 6 days
