Gentian Brandy Recipe
Ingredients for 1 liter :
- 1 L of white wine
- 180 g sugar
- 5 g dried gentian root
- 25 cl brandy (fruit spirit)
Preparation
1. Wash and Brush the roots, then cut into pieces. Leave it to macerate in brandy for 48 hours
2. After two days, add the wine and sugar to this flavored brandy. Filter and pour in a bottle
3. Let stand at least another week before serving
